Booking 

All bookings are confirmed within 24-48 hours from the booking date. Your event will only be officially cmed once we receive a deposit, followed by a booking confirmation invoice. Bookings with no prior conversation with Birdy by V team member are subject to revision and can lead to a cancellation. 

Pick-n-Save Balloons

This service is for in-person pickup only: Customers are responsible for picking up and installing. The pick-up location is in the zip code 77079

Alternative Deposits: Due within 24 hours after the invoice issue date.

Final Payments: Due 24 hours prior to the installation date.
